The photographs were taken from the International Space Station (ISS) — the first in December 2013, the second in January 2011 — and are being shared with the world to bring attention to some new lightning-specific hardware that NASA just installed on the ISS.

Paris is beautiful, and on a corner of the Montmartre neighborhood, using the Google Street View a HDR picture was taken to cause this photo. With the multiple images to form the HDR image, you receive a crystal clear quality with the breath-taking scenery of what Paris gives off, that magical getaway.

Infrared images have not been a common element. Usually many tend to steer in the other direction because of the tricky involvement, as well as the surreal approach it tends to show. However, the infrared images may just surprise and inspire you to say the least.
