Oxfam recently teamed up with mobile app EyeEm to launch a groundbreaking photography project, inviting people across the world to join the fight against land grabs as part of the Behind the Brands campaign.
In order to secure the policies against land grabs that are needed to protect the rights of farmers and communities, keeping pressure on the target companies is key. Our collaboration with EyeEm is an exciting opportunity to engage with a new audience in a new way for Oxfam, and we’re thrilled with the response so far.
Mobile Photographers where asked to share there photos, using a free sharing app. Using the term 'Stand for Land' in which the individual would stand in their favorite place. For there, these images would be sent to companies such as PepsiCO and Associated British Foods, showing them the public support of land policies.
