The Image Collector is a free Windows application that works with XP, Vista, and 7. While TIC may run on Linux and MacOS using the Mono runtime, please bear in mind that it was not originally designed for those operating systems.
The Microsoft .NET 4 full framework is required to use this software.
The framework can be obtained from the Microsoft site by clicking here (48MB download). The Client version of .NET 4 isn't the same as the full version; the full version is required.
